DRM is the newest member of our family of companies. Founded in 2016, DRM is a Managing General Underwriter, or MGU, for health insurance policies. The DRM team is carefully selected by the CEO to ensure we employ the industry’s top experts in providing services that are tailored to address the risks involved during the health insurance lifecycle.

IMS is a Texas focused preferred provider organization (PPO network). Founded in 1989, our mission at Independent Medical Systems, Ltd. FBA is a privately-owned insurance agency founded in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1924. The agency provides the full spectrum of Insurance, Risk Management and Third-Party Benefit Administration. Frates Benefit Administrators administers all types of self-funded employee benefit plans; Section 125 plans; and other reimbursement plans such as Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements and Medical Expense Reimbursement Accounts.
