Generous Paid Time Off Policies

  • PTO Policy starting with 10 days in year one and adding an additional day each year with a max of five weeks (part-time PTO accrues based off of hours worked).

  • Volunteerism Policy - Paid time for volunteering at employer-hosted events.

  • Voting Policy - Paid time for voting.

  • Holidays - Eight paid holidays.

  • Jury/Witness Duty - Paid time for jury or witness duty.

Employee Development
All employees are eligible for the following opportunities:

  • Internal job postings - all jobs are posted internally for one week prior to public posting.

  • Continuing education - reimbursement for job-related educational courses, workshops, seminars, conferences, professional organizational dues, magazine and periodical subscriptions, and more.

  • Employee referral bonus - if your refer someone that is hired, you will receive $500 after they reach six months of tenure and another $500 once they reach 12 months.
